1. Overview

At Design My Dress Bharat, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. This return policy explains when and how you may return products, request exchanges will possible. This policy applies only to purchases made through our official website.

No Refund Policy 
  •  We do not offer refunds. All purchases made on our website are final.
  •  Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, so we kindly ask you to check the product details, size information, and images carefully before ordering. 
  • If you receive a damaged item, the wrong product, or an incorrect size, we will arrange     an exchange. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share clear photos and videos of the issue along with your order details. 3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange:

  • Contact our Customer Support team within the eligible window with your Order ID and reason for return/exchange.
  • We will provide instructions for returning the product to our designated address.              B59 Sector-8, Noida Pin code – 201301.
  • You are responsible for arranging the return shipment, unless otherwise approved by us.
4. Exceptions

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Products without original packaging.
  • Products worn, washed, or altered after delivery.
  • Customized/tailor-made outfits created per your specifications (unless incorrect or defective).
5. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided all conditions below are met.

Condition of Items    

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn with all original packaging, and accessories intact.
  • The product should not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Customized or tailor-made products may not be eligible for standard returns (unless defective).
6. Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • Once the returned item is received and accepted, we will dispatch the replacement item.
  • If the requested replacement item is not available, you may choose an alternative item or request a refund.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Do not discard the product or its packaging.
  • Report the issue to Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include photo and video evidence of the damage/issue.

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, except when the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • If you received free shipping on your order and then return part or all of your purchase, a shipping fee may be deducted from your refund as per our discretion.
